To best serve our clients and our stylists, we respectfully require 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment.  +1-385-405-2330

 

In the event you are unable to keep your appointment and no notice is given: 

A $25 cancellation / rebooking fee will be incurred and due before future services.

Please note:   Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensure everyone's well-being we kindly ask that young children without an appointment or adult supervision remain at home during your visit.

While we do not offer monetary refunds for hair services, we're committed to perfecting your style.

Should you feel your hairstyle needs a little fine-tuning, please let us know within 5 days of your original appointment.

RETAIL

We personalize our recommendations and handpick products with your specific needs in mind.  If you find a product isn't the right match, you can exchange it  within 7 days of purchase.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards purchased at Soul Beautiful Salon are not redeemable for cash and are final sale.
