To best serve our clients and our stylists, we respectfully ask for a
minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment.
Advanced notice helps us manage our schedules and also allows clients on our waiting list to secure a spot.
We understand the unexpected can happen. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, frequent disruptions won't go unnoticed.
Clients with a history of multiple cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows will need to use the "request an appointment" option when booking online and/or will need to call our front desk to reserve their appointment.
In rare instances, a non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking and will be applied toward your scheduled service.
